The CCLA is a founding member of the Property Owners Association of
Maryland, Inc. (POA). This statewide association supports our own lobbyist in
Annapolis who fights to defeat unfair landlord legislation. In order to take a stand
in Annapolis we need your membership support. By paying our small
membership fee you are not only continuing to develop your landlord awareness,
you are protecting your investments and saving thousands of dollars.
