The Carroll County Landlord Association, Inc. (CCLA) consists of Carroll County, Maryland landlords and property managers helping each other.
The CCLA will help show you how to protect your investments and retain profit. We are a collective voice dedicated to education and fostering responsible property maintenance and ownership.
